Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days (48 hours) of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be processed.
There are no other conditions. You do not need to explain why you want a refund. We will not ask.
You will receive back exactly what you paid. If you purchased at $3, you get $3 back. If you purchased at a different price (e.g. during a sale or price change), you get back that exact amount — no less, no more.
How to request a refund
Send an email to support@snippo.app with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request"
- Your order number or the email address used to purchase
That is all we need. We do not require screenshots, logs, or explanations.
We respond within 1 business day.
What happens after a refund
Your license key will be deactivated when the refund is issued. Snippo will continue to run until it next validates its license, after which it will enter unlicensed mode and prompt for a new license key.
The refund amount is always equal to the exact price you paid at checkout — including any discount or promotional price. If you paid $3, you receive $3 back to your original payment method.
Your local clipboard data (the snippo.db file) is not deleted automatically. You can delete it manually from %APPDATA%\snippo\.
