License
Purchasing Snippo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Snippo on one personal computer you own or control.
You may not:
- Distribute, resell, or sublicense the software to others
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
- Use a single license key on more than one PC simultaneously
- Remove or alter any copyright notices or license information
Need to transfer your license to a new PC? Email us and we can handle it. We're reasonable.
Updates
Your purchase includes all future updates to Snippo at no additional charge. We build Snippo for the long term and plan to maintain it indefinitely.
We reserve the right to change this policy for significant major version releases, in which case existing users will be notified in advance.
Refunds
Refunds are available within 2 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for the full process.
No warranty
Snippo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the software will be free of errors, uninterrupted, or compatible with every configuration. Your use of the software is at your sole risk.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Snippo. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of Snippo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
